i wanted to make a semi-realistic digital painting....and a mermaid...so why not make ariel? xD she's one of my fav disney princesses (together with mulan and rapunzel)
so.....this is my first semi realistic painting....what do you think OwO? ...its not bad for a first try...right???
I tried to draw flounder to.....but...well <_<

Positives:
the colours! they are really nice, the shading and painting is really nice ~
I love it how you painted the hair owo
the first thing that caught my attention were the eyes. They are really beautiful *A*
Negatives:
her hair is really nice, only it could be more.... like floating. the hair is really supple in the water, maybe you could make it more a bit floating, also a bit more flow in it.
I know it's your style, but maybe her boobs should be a little bit.... smaller |D
as I can remember, Ariël doesn't have so much boobs |D
I don't know for sure if I have this one correct, but maybe her neck is a bit too short.
For the rest, it's really nice, and I think it's a good first semi realistic painting ~
